Mongabay has several newsletters, including:

• Weekly newsletter: all the week’s news stories from Mongabay. Usually sent out Thursday.
• Update on Mongabay reporting opportunities. Typically goes out 4-6 times a year.
• San Francisco Bay Area Tropical Forest Network (BATFN) announcements about upcoming events. Typically sent 4-8 times a year.

Topic-based news alerts

In January 2017, we rolled out topic-based news alerts that allow users to get daily or weekly notifications via email about topics they select. We are starting with a set of about 20 topics and plan to expand the list.
